Common questions

I bought Plus but it is not showing

Open Settings, choose Mahj Mentor Plus, then Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple or Google account you bought it with.

How do I cancel Plus?

On iPhone: Settings, your name, Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play, your profile, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions. You keep Plus until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I move my progress to a new phone?

Make an account in Settings on your old phone, then sign in with it on the new one.

Is this the official card?

No. Mahj Mentor plays its own card of original hands, written to teach how American Mahjong cards work. Bring your own card to your table's games.

How do I delete my data?

Open Settings and choose Delete my data, or see Delete your data.
