Delete your data

You can delete everything Mahj Mentor keeps about you, at any time.

In the app

1. Open Mahj Mentor and go to Settings.
2. Choose Delete my data, then confirm.

This removes your name and scores from the leaderboard, your account and its progress backup if you made one, and everything saved on your phone. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email [email protected] with the player name or username you used, and we will delete your leaderboard row and account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is kept

Requests you sent us may be kept while we need them to help you, then deleted. Purchase records stay with Apple or Google under their policies. Server logs are deleted on our hosting provider's normal schedule.
